Start with NAS and your arriving flight

Lynden Pindling International Airport uses the code NAS and is on western New Providence. Send the airline, flight number, local arrival date, exact hotel and passenger count. A domestic arrival from another Bahamian island can have different meeting instructions from an international arrival; the flight number helps identify the correct receiving area.

Allow for the time after landing
