Information and purpose
The form collects your name, contact number, flight, travel dates, accommodation, party size and trip requirements. These details are used to answer the request, arrange an accepted service and maintain the booking record. Do not place payment-card data, passport images or unnecessary sensitive information in the notes.
Storage and sharing
Enquiries are stored in the project’s hosted database and booking notifications may be sent through its managed email service. Relevant trip details may be shared with the assigned provider to review or fulfil your requested journey. The booking team and service providers may process data outside The Bahamas.
External services
WhatsApp opens an external Meta service; the message is sent when you submit it there. Email opens your email application. Third-party websites have their own privacy terms. Essential technical storage may support hosting, security and protected admin sessions.
Retention and your choices
Contact us to withdraw an unconfirmed request or ask for access, correction or deletion. Records are retained as needed for active bookings, disputes and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Do not assume deletion of a message from your device also removes a stored enquiry.
