Booking information and terms
A request requires written acceptance
Submitting the form or a WhatsApp message requests a quote. A reservation requires written confirmation identifying the actual provider, route, date, vehicle, complete fare and pickup arrangements. This website collects no card payment.
Planning prices and capacity
Website estimates are USD per vehicle for the agreed direction. Standard small-car estimates cover up to three passengers and VIP SUV estimates up to four, subject to luggage. Larger groups, adapted vehicles and unusual luggage require a custom quote. Child-seat figures are proposed planning allowances; the correct type and availability must be confirmed.
Inclusions, payment and cancellation
The accepted quote must state taxes, airport fees, bridge tolls, included bags, waiting allowance, stops, payment method and currency, cancellation terms and any refund conditions. No free-cancellation period, vehicle model, unlimited waiting or particular payment method is implied by an enquiry.
Flight and hotel details
Use Nassau local dates and times, including daylight saving. Provide accurate flight and accommodation details and report itinerary changes promptly. The provider must reconfirm changed flights, dates or addresses. A return journey or extra hotel stop must be separately agreed.
Road access and onward connections
Transfers end at the agreed permitted vehicle access point. Private estates control admission. Boat tickets, flights, cruise boarding, hotel check-in and attraction entry are separate arrangements. Drive times are estimates; a car cannot guarantee a separate sailing or flight connection.
