What we reviewed
On 18 October 2026, we reviewed advertised private-vehicle prices from Chase Exclusive Transportation, Bahamas Private Transport & Tours and QLT. The sample is small, is not weighted by bookings and includes advertised starting fares. It is not a market-wide statistical average or live availability check. Source links allow you to inspect current offers directly.

How the planning baselines were calculated
The two sedan observations give ($80 + $99) ÷ 2 = $89.50, rounded to a USD 90 Standard planning baseline. For Baha Mar, ($120 + $150 + $119) ÷ 3 = $129.67, rounded to USD 130. For Atlantis and the named downtown observations, ($120 + $150 + $139) ÷ 3 = $136.33, rounded to USD 135. These are simple sample means of advertised products, not equivalent supplier offers.
Other route VIP baselines use the two published general service observations: ($120 + $150) ÷ 2 = $135. The Standard baseline is reused across our Nassau zones because the sampled sedan services advertise general airport transport. Where no hotel-specific observation exists, this is an editorial planning extrapolation, not a measured route average. We use conservative calculator capacities of three Standard or four VIP passengers, subject to luggage; supplier seating and inclusions differ.
Airport taxis are a separate comparison
LPIA publishes zone-based taxi fares for two passengers, with extra-passenger and luggage charges and a Paradise Island bridge-toll addition. Those taxi tariffs are not the source of our private-car prices. Check the linked airport table and ask for the complete amount for your actual party; public pages can change or retain older figures.
Extras, availability and live overrides
The proposed child-seat planning allowance is USD 5 per requested seat per leg, not a researched market average. Larger vehicles, adapted vehicles, extra stops, waiting and unusual bags need a custom quote. Final taxes, tolls, service conditions and supplier availability must be stated in writing. An administrator may change website rates after supplier review; the historic sample above remains the dated basis for the initial defaults.
How route and hotel content is maintained
We use airport information for airport processes, hotel or destination sources for property identity, and marine operators for current sailing questions. Each property guide has its own source and review date. Road times and distances are broad planning estimates, not live routing. Names identify destinations and do not imply hotel partnerships. Former names are search aliases, not duplicate hotel pages.

Our search and AI publishing standard
We publish accessible server-rendered pages, descriptive internal links, canonical URLs, language alternatives, XML sitemap entries and structured data matching visible content. The plain-text discovery index identifies our scope and source pages. These features support discovery; they do not guarantee indexing, rankings, rich results or citation by an AI system.
