Name your hotel within Baha Mar
Baha Mar is an estate with Grand Hyatt, SLS and Rosewood hotels. Each has its own concierge and hotel arrangements. Give the full hotel name, reservation name and any villa or group check-in instructions. Baha Bay and the casino are destinations in the complex, but are not automatically your hotel entrance.
A short drive still needs an arrival plan
Use approximately 15–25 minutes for the road segment from NAS, allowing for road conditions and hotel queues. Immigration, checked baggage and finding the confirmed vehicle are additional. Avoid scheduling a non-refundable activity immediately after your flight on the assumption that the hotel is only a short drive away.
Compare hotel and independent arrangements
Baha Mar advertises hotel-specific private airport transportation. Check the offer attached to your room and compare the exact vehicle, group size, luggage and total fare. We are an independent enquiry service; selecting a Baha Mar hotel here does not book through its concierge or add hotel benefits.
Event and split-hotel groups
Tell the team if guests need more than one Baha Mar lobby, if you are attending a convention, or if the arrival is for a day visit. Additional stops and event receiving points must be agreed. On departure, make sure the vehicle is coming to your own hotel rather than a neighbouring lobby.
