A listing title is not an address
A rental described as Nassau or near Cable Beach can be far from a resort lobby. Send the street, building, unit and a map pin, plus the host’s receiving contact. Avoid relying on a beach name or a marketing neighbourhood when the actual entrance is on another road.
Arrange private-community entry
For Albany, Lyford Cay, Old Fort Bay and other controlled entrances, ask the host to authorise the guest and vehicle arrival. Provide the approved gate and residence instructions to the booking team. A transfer confirmation cannot override security, membership rules or a host who has not arranged access.
Key collection and late flights
Confirm how you will receive keys, when the property can accept you and where the vehicle may stop. A self-check-in code should be shared through the host’s intended channel, not placed unnecessarily in public booking notes. A driver’s arrival does not ensure a host is waiting.
Keep the return address precise
For a departure, send the same gate, building and meeting point, noting any change in access. Confirm that luggage and passengers will be ready at the agreed time. Add the road buffer and airline reporting requirement before choosing a pickup; nearby airport distance does not remove check-in deadlines.

Sources and review
Airport and hotel sources establish published facilities and geography. Booking checklists are our editorial advice. Confirm trip-specific instructions, supplier terms and changing schedules with the actual provider.
