Choose marina or accommodation
Palm Cay has residences, rentals and a marina. Ask whether you are meeting a captain, charter-company representative, property host or reception. Send that receiving contact and the exact landside point with your flight details. A general Palm Cay pin is not enough to identify your handover.
Allow for the drive across New Providence
The community publishes an approximate 35-minute airport drive. Use our 35–55-minute planning range plus airport arrival procedures and a margin for traffic. A charter check-in time should also allow for unloading, paperwork and any provisioning required before departure.
Provisioning must be agreed
A grocery run is an additional stop, not an automatic feature of a direct airport transfer. Give the shop, shopping time, group and cargo requirements before requesting a final fare. A yacht party with multiple provisions boxes may need a different vehicle from a couple with ordinary suitcases.
The road quote does not cross to Exuma
Confirm the boat itinerary, luggage rules, weather policy and latest passenger check-in directly with the charter operator. An airport car ends at the agreed New Providence handover. It does not sell or guarantee the onward sea journey or the ability to make a weather-sensitive departure.
