Nassau Airport group transfers, golf bags and large luggage

Start with a real luggage inventory

Send the number of adults and children, large checked cases, cabin bags, strollers and unusual items. Golf bags, dive equipment and rigid wedding-dress cases need their own description. A vehicle advertised for six or seven people may not fit that many people with full-size luggage.

Our standard calculator has limits

The Standard estimate is for up to three passengers and the VIP SUV estimate for up to four, both subject to luggage. Larger parties receive a custom quote rather than an unrealistic small-car total. The final confirmation should specify the actual vehicle or equivalent and the agreed cargo capacity.

Choose one arrival or several pickups

A group arriving on different flights needs a shared meeting plan and a waiting agreement. A delayed flight may make two cars more practical than keeping everyone waiting. If the group stays at multiple hotels, provide each address so extra stops are priced and sequenced before confirmation.

Return-day loading and timing

Keep the luggage count consistent on the return, including purchases made during the stay. Allow time for loading and check-out before the agreed vehicle departure. For a large party, identify one lead contact and circulate the confirmed lobby and local pickup time so guests do not wait at different entrances.
