Flight tracking is a term to confirm
Give the operating flight number and arrival date. Ask whether the provider tracks the flight, when included waiting starts and which delays require a new quote. Do not infer unlimited waiting or round-the-clock dispatch from a private-transfer label. Save the actual out-of-hours contact supplied with your reservation.
Baggage delays need a message
Once you can contact the provider, report a long baggage delay with the booking name and flight. A plane that has landed may appear on time while its passengers are still inside. Ask where to meet after the issue is resolved; avoid leaving the designated area to follow an unconfirmed driver.
A new day may require a new car
If the airline moves you to another flight, airport or date, send the updated itinerary and ask for reconfirmation. An overnight change can affect the booked vehicle, waiting terms and hotel reception. Check whether any unused service is refundable under the provider’s written conditions.
Confirm someone can receive you
Small hotels and private rentals may have arrival procedures that differ from a large resort. Obtain the late check-in or key handover instructions in advance. If your accommodation changes, send the new address; do not expect the original zone estimate to apply automatically to a different destination.
