The road and final approach
Ask the host to approve the arrival before travel. Share the guest name, residence and receiving contact. A neighbourhood name does not establish permission for a vehicle to enter.
Airport meeting and return pickup
Send your flight and local arrival date. Follow the current meeting instructions in your written confirmation after arrival formalities and baggage collection. For the return, agree the exact lobby or permitted address and work backwards from your airline’s airport reporting requirement.
Baha Mar has three hotels on one Cable Beach estate: Grand Hyatt, SLS and Rosewood. Your airport transfer should end at your own hotel lobby, rather than a generic casino or water-park entrance.
Cable Beach is a coastal district, not a single drop-off. Sandals Royal Bahamian, Breezes and Goldwynn use different entrances along the western resort corridor.
Paradise Island is connected to New Providence by road bridges. Airport transfers to Atlantis, RIU, Warwick, Comfort Suites and The Ocean Club do not require a ferry.
